No. Unless you are a registered charity, you can only have one active cause at any time, It's our way to spread the love and ensure we can assist as many causes as possible in achieving their targets.

When I list my cause is it able to start receiving donations immediately?

No. Before you can receive donations, Warm & Fuzzy needs to vet your cause to ensure it is appropriate for our website. We will do this as quickly as possible for you and let you know by email as soon as this has been done.

Why does my cause show as not visible?

Once your cause has been approved, you will first need to promote and share your cause through your own network. As soon as you have received a few donations and endorsements from your friends and family, your cause will be visible on the website for all our amazing members to support.
(Causes listed by registered Charities will be visible immediately to the Warm Fuzzy Community).

Why do you need to verify my ID?

We're all about real support for real causes. Unfortunately, there are a few people who may try to list a fraudulent cause for financial gain. That's why it's essential for us and the integrity of our website, to confirm the identity of every person who lists a cause. We have partnered with GreenID who provide access to Government sources such as drivers licences, Medicare cards and passports so that we can accurately verify your ID.

Why do you verify my bank details?

Once your cause ends, we need to be sure that we can easily transfer the money safely and securely into your bank account. When you complete the bank account section, we will put a test payment with a unique verification code into your bank account. Simply return to the website, insert the verification code and you're good to go.

When will you transfer the money to my bank account?

We rely on the support of the community to keep the causes on our website authentic. When your friends and family make a donation or endorse your cause, it helps confirm to the Warm Fuzzy Foundation and our community that your cause is real.

I think this cause is fraudulent. How do I report this cause?

It is so important for our integrity and the peace of mind of donors, that only deserving and genuine causes are supported. If you feel that a promoted cause may be fraudulent, please go to the cause page and click on the link that says 'Report this cause to Warm & Fuzzy'.
